How to avoid auto renewal

If you would like to avoid the auto renewal of your account, please have the owner of the account sign into their profile.

Once signed in, click on your company name at the top left corner of your screen to bring up the menu and select Billing. 

Once in the billing screen, scroll down to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription. 

Your account will be accessible until the end of the paid term.
